Thank you, Nana!

We love Henry's new wall art!
He sits in bed and names all the cars.
When I tell him that Nana painted these for you he says, "Wow!"

Three.One

Another month has come and gone...
The "threes" are definitely a bit more challenging than those "twos". Henry's strongmindedness continues to predominate his daily interactions with Mark and me.
"No!" is a new word to Henry's vocabulary, especially at the end of the day. He has just about given up his daily nap! Busy, busy and busy!
When we took down the Christmas tree last weekend, Henry said, "Awww, don't take away my Christmas!"
Henry likes to talk about his favorite part of the day each night before going to sleep. He likes to say very silly things like, "I'm blowing away," "I'm melting," and lots of silly sounding words. Henry likes to replace words with the words "juice box" often. During a race car race he'll say things like, "I'm beating you up". When he doesn't know the answer to a question he'll say, "i not know..." Or when Henry asks me a question, and I respond with something like, "I'm not sure," "I think so," or "I don't know," he says, "me either".
He still likes to have stickers removed from his fruit (bananas and oranges)before he will hold it and eat it.
Here are some photos of our trip to WI for Christmas as well as a few other recent events:

Here is Henry anticipating the best time for his car to cross the tracks:
