Henry is changing before our eyes. There are very few moments when he is not talking about something. His imagination is blossoming...it's so much fun to watch him!
Henry likes to pretend he is feeding fish, fishing, sitting on the train in each room of our house, and when he watches T.V. he likes have all the lights off and say he is at the movies. (this is funny because he has never actually been to the movies!)
When we sit down for dinner he likes to talk...he'll say, "my turn to talk," then, "OK, your turn to talk,"...etc...
A few weeks ago Henry said he wanted to talk to me about cheese so we had a good five minute talk about the different kinds of cheese.
I try to get him to make predictions about what might happen and when I ask the question he usually says, "I not know, Mom." Yes...Mama and Daddy are no more...it's now Mom and Dad. Where did little Henry go?
Henry loves to pretend he is a doctor and tells us he will be one when he gets big.
The other night he opened his mouth and made a long "ahhhh" sound. After he was finished he asked, "did you hear that?" He is already quoting movies...Elf!
When we tell Henry to do something, as opposed to ask him, his response is always, "no thanks".
After we get home from the grocery store Henry is excited to be a "moving man" with me. We load the grocery bags onto his wagon, and he pulls them to the door.
He's drawn a few pictures of himself sitting on the potty...training is almost complete!
Henry loves to hear the story Hop on Pop.
When he see something he doesn't like he'll say, "I not love it".
Sometimes he says, "I just...just love you!"
We love you, too, Henry!!
Henry pretends to take pictures with his camera. After he each shot he always says, "Great!"
Henry loves his Play-Doh!
Henry said this ladybug came from Wisconsin to find him:
