Henry...you are five and a half!!

Henry has been asking me lately if he was 5 1/2 yet...or if it was 5 1/4...love it! Summer is here already! Henry only has one more day of preschool...he had his big Olympic Day celebration yesterday!He proudly walked with his Vietnamese flag and participated in a bunch of events (balance beam, jump rope, basketball, hurdle, and breaking the ribbon! He and his buddies have really grown! Next fall it's kindergarten at Chadwick. Henry love to play Legos and especially, Star Wars Legos. We watch the first 2 movies from the 70s...he's hooked! But...the trains are still in view, just not getting as much attention these days. Favorite food: still noodles, also cheese pizza and chicken on the bone (only dark meat...he calls it greasy chicken)! Loves Charlie Brown movies and is beginning to read along in books with us. No more training wheels for Henry...he is fast! And he can swim across the width of the pool while taking a few breaths...we are very proud of him! Henry loves to say "inscusting" (disgusting) and "naked"...cracks himself up! His made up word is "ninafa" and when I ask him what it means he says he doesn't know. Henry is still a snuggle bug...crawls in bed with me in the morning before the day long energy begins! Henry loves to watch Tom and Jerry...sometimes there are infomercials on so he has become very knowledgable about just about every product you could ever want. He says, "mom...you should get that becauses..." and goes on to give some very convincing reasons why we need it! We love you, Henry!!
