Success!

Henry successfully used his potty chair THREE times yesterday...each time I went to change his diaper he ran into the bathroom and hopped on his frog potty chair. The first time took a little longer than the others...he brought the potty frog chair into his bedroom and worked on puzzles and books while he sat there.


I didn't realize he had gone right away. The next two times he walked straight into the bathroom and went right away. He likes pouring it into the toilet and watching it go down as he flushes the toilet. He didn't want a new diaper on until he's had some success. He got 2 m and ms each time he went, too. It's just so cool that he is making a connection so soon. We'll see if it lasts.

We went down to the beach this week. Henry walked straight toward the water and stood at the edge while the waves crashed into his legs... he loved it and laughed each time he got wet. The waves went as high as his waist a few times.
He wanted to go deeper, too. He'd also pick up the seaweed that was washing ashore and toss it back into the water.

Well...we're off to play!
